My office is located at Level 1, Suite 3 / 166 Brighton Rd, Scarborough, WA 6019; with online, on the field, and remote sessions also available.

 

Do you only work with elite or professional athletes?

No, my services are for athletes of all competitive levels, from beginners to elite professionals. Whether you’re starting out in sports, competing at an advanced level, or working through mental barriers in an elite or recreational sport, I am here to support and guide you.

As a sport psychologist, my role involves supporting athletes in overcoming performance anxiety, breaking through mental blocks, staying focused, strengthening resilience, managing stress, and improving motivation, while also helping them navigate everyday challenges that affect their well-being, performance, and life balance. My personalised approach helps athletes gain the mental skills needed to overcome these barriers, approach their sport with clarity, resilience, and purpose, and perform at their best with confidence and consistency. Through sport, I also help athletes build the tools they need to manage everyday issues more effectively, translating the discipline, focus, and mental resilience they develop in training into practical skills they can use in school, work, and personal life.
